After closing the original iconic 35-seat restaurant that started it all, Le Bilboquet reopened on East 60^th Street in New York City, keeping the simple yet exclusive bistro feel. In addition to the Café, sister restaurant Fleming by Le Bilboquet also resides on the Upper East Side. Le Bilboquet also has outposts of the NYC flagship on Sag Harbor’s picturesque Long Wharf, and long-standing locations in Atlanta, Dallas, Denver and Palm Beach. Café Bilboquet remains the only one of its kind.
