Café Bilboquet was born just steps away from the E 60th street location in January of 2018 as a more casual place for the people in the neighborhood to sit and have coffee — or even a champagne toast! Philippe Delgrange, the master restauranteur who started Le Bilboquet nearly 35 years ago, explained the idea for the café, “A lot of our clients are in a hurry and don’t always have time for a full lunch, so here they can have a coffee and croque monsieur or even take something out.” Although brand new, the Café looks like it’s been here forever, echoing the iconic tiling and velvet banquets of Le Bilboquet’s Restaurant.

The Cafe offers a wide range of pastries and sweets, ready to eat warm-up paninis, salads, as well as coffee, tea, beer, wine and champagne. Catering menu & services are available for larger groups or office gatherings.
